Arisu Authentic Korean BBQ was founded by Korean migrants passionate about sharing the true flavors of Korean cuisine with the Greater Vancouver community. In 2016, the Lee family’s grandson continued this legacy by establishing Arisu. The restaurant is committed to traditional methods and the highest quality ingredients, being the first in the area to serve Canadian Prime graded beef. Arisu’s mission is to offer not just authentic Korean dishes, but also to introduce the rich culinary culture of Korea to a diverse neighborhood.
